Friday Funsies

After talking with other moms, reading your comments, and going with my gut -- the decision has been made:

There will be no haircut.

Now here are just a handful of current things about Miss Aubrey that make me want to pull that hair back and kiss every inch of that sweet face:

• How she loves to follow me around the house and will often reach up to hold my hand as we just go about our day. Ah, precious...

• Her David Letterman front teeth gap.

• Watching her kiss her babydolls and stuffed animals, talk to them in her sing-song-y gibberish, and try to feed them Cheerios.

• How she can spot a Christmas tree a mile away, and how she goes absolutely wild over any house with Christmas lights on while we're driving.
  

• Hearing her say, "Desus" when we ask whose birthday we celebrate during Christmas.

Hair Consult

Aubrey's hair seems to be constantly in her face these days. If she would keep the cute bows I have for her in her hair, this wouldn't be an issue. However, she loves to yank them out. I end up chasing her all over the house sticking them back in only to find them 5 minutes later either on the floor or in her mouth.

If I took her to get a trim, I'm thinking I would just have them tidy up the front...maybe some bangs? Just thinking of her with bangs makes me both laugh and want to cry at the same time.

So, do I get her hair cut? Do I not get her hair cut? That is the question...
